Dionysis Agathos builds commercial systems where growth has outrun organisation. He designs organisational structures and growth strategies that make an immediate difference to the productivity and modernisation of a growing business.
For the past twenty years he has led commercially across five industries: FMCG, retail, quick commerce, foodservice and OOH media. He has worked in seven markets, in roles with P&L ownership and teams across several countries.
He grew step by step through sales roles of increasing responsibility. What sets him apart is that he combines the method, structure and expertise of large multinationals with the adaptability and agility that define a small or mid-sized business.
The common thread in his recent roles is that he walked into environments with little structure and built the pipeline, pricing and teams from scratch. That is what he does for his clients today: he brings the discipline and system a company needs to grow, and builds the organisation that accountability rests on.
His ambition is to help growing businesses organise the strategy, people and day-to-day execution they need to reach their goals.
He is based in Nicosia.
